At Quran Bliss Academy, we want every student and parent to feel confident about enrolling with us. This page explains clearly whether refunds are available, under what conditions, within what timeframe, and how to request one.
Do we offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are available for monthly subscription plans according to the schedule below. Free trial lessons are not charged, so there is nothing to refund for a trial.
Refund Schedule
If you cancel your subscription, the amount refunded depends on when you cancel within the billing month:
When you cancel | Refund amount |
Before the course/classes start | 100% |
Within the first week of the billing month | 75% |
Mid-month | 50% |
After the third week of the billing month | 25% |
Refunds are calculated based on the monthly plan fee already paid and are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, debit card, or credit card).
What is not refundable
- Classes missed without prior notice (students must notify their coordinator at least 3 hours before a scheduled class to be eligible for a make-up class).
- Long periods of absence without communication with the academy.
- Any portion of a plan already used beyond the refund schedule above.
Instead of a refund, missed classes reported in advance are eligible for a make-up class (up to 4 per month), as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Public Holidays & Academic Breaks
- Quran Bliss Academy observes certain academic breaks and public holidays (such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha).
- Following standard practice for schools and educational academies, no refunds or credits are issued for classes falling on these dates, and they are not counted as missed classes eligible for a make-up session.
- Parents and students will be notified of scheduled holiday closures in advance via email or WhatsApp.
Our Performance Guarantee
We hold ourselves to the same standard we expect from our students:
- If a class is missed due to an issue on our side (a technical problem, scheduling error, or a tutor’s absence), we guarantee a full make-up session at your convenience, this is never counted against your monthly make-up class limit.
- Accidental overpayments are acknowledged and refunded within 24 hours of confirmation.
How to request a refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email at info@quranbliss.com at least 2 days before your intended cancellation/stop date.
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of the relevant invoice date.
- Include your full name, registration email, and the reason for the request.
You will receive an acknowledgment of your request within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days back to your original payment method.
