No, you are not required to pay any fees for trial classes. We offer two free trial classes for each student.

To create a new account, you need to get in contact with the support team. They will create a new account for you then you can use it to log in on the Portal, check your calendar, and start your classes.

• As with all personalized learning or coaching, the length of time (duration of study) will vary depending on the time, effort and ability of the student. The objective of our customized course is to learn the goals of our students and give them the time and tools they need to accomplish their goals.
• Depending on the intensity of the studies (how many classes you take), it will take adults 8 to 12 weeks for a Tajweed course. For Memorizing the entire Quran from 6 to 24 months. For Arabic, a course can last anywhere from 10 to 20 months. For Islamic studies, one level will take 4 to 8 weeks. As for children, it depends on their age, aptitude and the support given by parents and teachers.

All the teachers at Quran Bliss Academy are chosen according to very high standers to ensure providing our users with excellent learning process, but surly you can rate the teacher through our [ contact ] form to enhance the overall and you can change the teacher as well.

Once you obtain a course, you will be asked to give a simple survey for the course and write a review.

Yes, we have (digital Quran, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic studies books) and we will provide you with all materials that you need once you join the academy in sha Allah.

Easily, Parents can always watch and listen to their kids’ sessions on their Portal. And any parents can check their kid’s performance and progress through our portal by clicking on Reports icon and through monthly  progressive reporting system. Every month, we send a report about what it has been done & and what will have been done within coming month.

All you need for the session is your smart device, as Quran Bliss Academy provides you with all materials that you need including a soft copy of the Quran which you can easily access during the session.

For younger children with smaller attention, we certainly encourage parents to participate in the session to help them overcome challenging activities. Children aged 7 and over who have the ability to remain focused for extended periods require no adult supervision. We believe it is important to let them work on their own, aided by encouragement from their tutor. This will help them boost their self-confidence and develop good study habits in the future.

If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they should text the coordinator on the live chat icon or message on WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the class starts and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day.

The students should send the fees of the course monthly. The fees should be sent before the first class from the next month. Classes may be discontinued (paused) if the student does not pay the fee by the due date.

You will receive an invoice (report) every four weeks that covers the following four weeks. It is due before the first class in each month and we ask you to promptly submit payments as our commitments to our teachers depends on timely payments.

If there are any study hours left from the previous month, the academy will add them to the next month as a compensation.

In rare circumstances, a teacher might miss a class (e.g., due to an electric outage, a medical emergency), in such cases, if a teacher is late for the class, the student should text the coordinator on the live chat icon or message on WhatsApp and inform her/him that they are online and the coordinator will contact with the teacher and he will back to you immediately. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.

Our courses & programs are open and designed for both adults & children, Male as well as Female students belonging to all languages and cultures and from all over the world.

It is a One-on-One session with the Tutor. So only one student studies with the Tutor.

Most of our Quran tutors are from the country of the Quran (Egypt), speaking different languages and graduated from prestigious Islamic universities such as Islamic University of Madinah, Al-Azhar University and others.

Currently, we use Paypal + Payoneer + Stripe as the primary payment system to receive the student fee. As an alternative, we also accept fee through transfer to the bank accounts, Western-union and Money gram. Sending fees by cards through the payment gate will be available soon in sha Allah.

Yes, you can increase or decrease your study plan classes (only) at the end of the current month and before the next month starts, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be canceled without refunding.

Yes, you can. Once you are enrolled in the course, the Support team will email you to arrange the timing of the sessions with you.

You can cancel your monthly subscription any time you want and If the student decides to leave the Academy for any reason, we kindly request that they email info@quranbliss.com one week earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
