Attendance Policy

Punctuality is essential. Students and teachers are expected to attend classes on time. Delays are only excused in emergencies except in cases of emergencies.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our students are completely satisfied with their learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before the course starts: 100% refund.
  • After the first week: 75% refund.
  • Mid-month cancellation: 50% refund.
  • After the third week: 25% refund.

To request a refund, please notify us via WhatsApp or Live Chat at least two days before the stopping date, and submit your request within 7 days of the invoice. You will receive acknowledgment within 24 hours.

Respecting Your Privacy

At Quran Bliss Academy, all personal information of students and teachers is treated as confidential. It cannot be copied, shared, or used in any unauthorized way.

We request that any recommendations of friends or family to join Quran Bliss Academy be communicated directly with the Admin, not the teachers.
