Terms and conditions

Welcome to Quran Bliss Academy. By registering for our courses or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the academy and all students who use our online learning services.

Registration & Free Trial

  • Students may request a free trial lesson through the website.
  • After completing the trial lesson, students who wish to continue must select a monthly study plan and complete the subscription process before attending regular classes.
  • The academy reserves the right to approve or decline registrations when necessary.

Monthly Subscription & Payments

Our courses are offered through monthly subscription plans, Payments can be made through secure payment methods such as:

  • PayPal
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards

Subscriptions may be processed in one of the following ways:

Automatic Renewal

  • The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled by the student.

Manual Payment

  • Students must complete their payment between the 25th of the current month and the 5th of the following month.
  • Invoices are issued every four weeks and students are expected to complete payment promptly.

Study Plans & Upgrades

Students may:

  • Upgrade their study plan
  • Downgrade their plan
  • Add extra hours to their existing package

Additional hours will be charged according to the current pricing plan.

Class Attendance & Absence Policy

Students are expected to attend classes on time, If a student needs to miss a class:

  • The coordinator must be notified at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time.

In this case:

  • A make-up class will be scheduled.
  • The academy provides a maximum of 4 make-up classes per month.

If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class will be marked as absent, and no make-up class will be provided.

Schedule Changes

  • Students may request to change their class schedule when needed.
  • Schedule changes should be coordinated with the administration to ensure teacher availability.

Missed Classes

Missed classes without prior notification are non-refundable.

However, students who notify the academy in advance may receive a make-up class according to availability.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during classes.

  • The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate classes
  • if a student repeatedly violates class policies or disrupts the learning environment.

Account Termination

The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s account if the student violates the Terms and Conditions, fails to comply with payment policies, or engages in behavior that negatively affects the learning environment.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered in specific situations approved by the academy administration.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Missed classes without notice
  • Long periods of absence without communication

Technical Requirements

Students must ensure they have:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Working microphone and device
  • Access to the learning platform

The academy is not responsible for missed lessons caused by technical issues on the student’s end.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson content, educational resources, and teaching methods provided by Quran Bliss Academy are the intellectual property of the academy. Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, record, reproduce, or share any course materials without prior written permission from the academy.

Privacy & Data Protection

Quran Bliss Academy respects the privacy of all students. Any personal information collected during registration or while using the website will be used only for educational, administrative, and communication purposes. The academy does not sell or share student information with third parties except when required for payment processing or legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Quran Bliss Academy provides online educational services and strives to maintain high-quality teaching standards. However, the academy does not guarantee specific learning outcomes and is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms

  • Quran Bliss Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Students will be notified of any major updates through the website or email.
